For Christmas this year, I got directions on making a smoker out of a cardboard box. Now for those of us that smoke a lot, this intrigued me. Y'see, a lot of people who smoke pork or beef or whatever also get requests for smoked salmon, but they fear that their smoker will then smell like fish after that... so I thought, HEY let's smoke fish in the cardboard box smoker!
